Fines.

£20 fine if form submitted after deadline of 1 p.m. on the Tuesday following the fixture but before one week after the fixture.

£20 fine plus 5 point deduction if form submitted one week or more but less than two weeks after the fixture.

£20 fine plus 10 point deduction if form submitted two weeks or more but less than three weeks after the fixture.

£30 fine plus 15 point deduction if form submitted three weeks or more but less than four weeks after the fixture.

An appropriate penalty to be determined by the Management Committee if form submitted more than four weeks after the fixture.
